This is a supported living service which accommodates 3 adults who have a learning disability. The house is a 3 storey town house which has a private garden to the rear. It is owned by Progress Housing.
It has four bedrooms, one of which is used as a guest room for support workers. 24 hour support is provided.
The accommodation is over three floors: the ground floor has a hall, bedroom, w.c. and a utility room; a lounge and dining kitchen is situated on the first floor, and on the second floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite, and a communal bathroom with shower.
The house is ¾ miles from Skipton town centre.
