As a Bank Residential Care Worker, you will provide support at peak times to our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.
This is a great opportunity to start or continue your career in care, working, when required, as part of a team committed to helping children with varied and complex needs. You will join our Bank team, providing crucial support to cover annual leave, sickness, training, or particularly busy periods, ensuring we can continue to deliver high standards of care to our children and young people.
Already qualified to or willing to work towards your level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, able to work at short notice, and be motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.
Our home offers residential care for boys aged11-18 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
Why join us?
We offer a friendly and inclusive working environment and the chance to be part of a fantastic team, who work hard and support each other to deliver exceptional support, care and guidance giving you the opportunity to enrich the lives of young people and make a positive difference.
As a member of our Bank team, you will be able to choose hours against our shift availability, that work around your life.
We are committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be subject to a fully Enhanced DBS.
