Exciting new Senior Management Opportunity
As part of a major restructuring of the Leadership and Management within the Charity, we are seeking to establish a team of Senior Managers and the Senior Manager for Older People’s Services post presents a unique opportunity for you to join and become an integral part of this newly formed Senior Management Team within the Charity, reporting to the Head of Adult Care and working with the Director. This is a new role to manage the existing services and the development and introduction of new services as part of the strategic development of the Charity. This role is being recruited alongside that of the Adult Learning Disability Senior Manager.
You will be a values led person with a significant role to play in sustaining the values and ethos of Catholic Care.
This entirely new role has the purpose of providing overall management of the charity’s Services for Older People and the delivery of high quality and excellent person centred services in a variety of environments for the older adults the charity cares for and supports. We are also seeking someone who is visionary, to work with the Head of Adult Care and the Director in the development and delivery of new service areas for older people including community outreach and extra care.
We see this role as a new and exciting position within the charity and are looking for someone who is passionate about improving the lives and opportunities for Older Adults and who has a commitment to investing in their future. We also seek someone with strong personal values aligned to those of the Charity and who has the energy, passion and drive, together with innovative ideas to help drive the Service into the next decade and beyond.
It is an exciting time to join Catholic Care as we pursue our strategic aims of enhancing our existing services and creating new ones to continue to deliver our Mission.
If you are as excited by the prospect as we are, then we would like to speak to you as it may be just the role for you.
