At Catholic Care we are looking to an experienced, passionate and committed Senior Support Worker for our outreach services. Someone who believes that it is the fundamental right of everyone to be treated in a way that respects their dignity and privacy.

Outreach Senior Support Worker (Grade 2)

Spinal Point 8 – 12 currently £20,493 – £22,183 (dependent on qualifications and experience)


Full Time Position (Would consider part time 30 hours, shifts patterns to include weekends and bank holidays) Sleep in allowance payable

Job Profile

You would be required to work, in a person-centred way, to lead and be part of a team to help and support tenants to enhance their skills and ability and to assist them in making choices and decisions.


Experience and Qualifications

You must have achieved a minimum of Level 3 Diploma, in Health as Social Care (Adults) or equivalent, and ideally working towards Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults) have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with vulnerable adults.
You will be required to have effective computer and IT skills.
