Due to retirement and internal promotions we are in an unusual but exciting position to be advertising two Senior Support worker and Outreach Workers roles. Spinal Point 8 – 12 Salary £19,945 – £21,589 pro rata dependent on qualifications and experience – an extra increment is paid on completion of relevant Diploma in Health & Social Care

Job Profile

As a Senior you would be required to work, in a person centred way, managing and working alongside a team of Domiciliary Care Workers; to help and support vulnerable adults to live independently in their own home. You will support people to enhance their skills and ability and to assist each person in making choices and decisions.

 

Experience and Qualifications
You must be prepared to work towards achieving a minimum of Level 3 Diploma, in Health and Social Care (Adults). You will be required to have effective computer and IT skills.
